Thanks for flicking through Adéle’s Scrap Book. Gosh,  her world is quite vivid. Anyways Adéle has put some new pages up and she tells me that she is quite tired after all the guests left and perhaps a bit sad; cheer her up with some of your comments please .

Jane visits her sick Aunt Reed. Mrs Reed talks to Jane and apologises for how she treated Jane. She tells Jane about the letter from John Eyre and how she had hidden it from her.

We know what happened to Jane after she left, but what happened to Mr Rochester? This book tells the tale of what Mr Rochester went through while Jane was absent.

Jane woke up and found smoke everywhere. She ran to Mr Rochesters room and found him sleeping in the flames.

Can she save him?

Jane found a bundle of letters in Mr Rochesters room.

They seem private, I wonder if we should look at them

John Eyre, Jane’s uncle on her father’s side, sent a letter to Mrs Reed asking about Jane. Mrs Reed responded saying that Jane had died. She hid the letter and only told Jane about it when she was visiting Gateshead.
